The health food store near my parents’ house sells “avocado mousse” and my dad has always said it’s a genius way to get rid of over-ripe avocados. I tried making it myself today and I have to agree! This is the recipe I used:
2 avocados
4 tablespoons cacao powder
1/2 cup raw milk
4 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
