"In this video, I played 2 videos from CNN and NBC that break YouTube's Covid related community guidelines in order to show YouTube's arbitrary enforcement of them. These videos are still up on CNN and NBC's YouTube channels while YouTube has suspended me for exposing them. I showed viewers the videos and the community guidelines they broke. In no part of this video did I promote medical misinformation as defined by YouTube. YouTube's issue should be with NBC and CNN, if in fact spreading misinformation is the real problem, as the videos belong to them and are still available on their channels."
Believe it or not, YouTube has removed my video about corporate news breaking their guidelines. This is my second strike so I am locked out of my channel for a week. The videos they’re calling medical misinformation are from NBC and CNN, and still live on their channels. Instead of removing the originals, they’ve suspended me when all I’ve done is expose the hypocrisy.
EDIT: when Matt sent me this I thought it was new, but I guess he’s been on the watch list for years?!

Independent video creator Matt Orfalea just found out YouTube has demonetized his entire channel over a 13-second parody video from May 2014, saying it violates the “violent criminal organizations” policy. The video titled “Starbucks makes you evil | Elliot Rodger” features a clip of the deceased UC Santa Barbara killer Elliot Rodger drinking a Starbucks vanilla latte and saying: “Hey, Elliot Rodger here, enjoying a nice vanilla latte.” It ends with a graphic that says "Starbucks: Insanely overpriced beverages for psychopaths." In a tweet, Orfalea explained, "I’m obviously making fun of materialism, corporations, and narcissists. NOT organizing a violent criminal organization!!!!!!"
"18 U.S.C. 1038 makes it a crime to provide false or misleading information relating to many substances, including biological hazards, and to conduct hoaxes. The law specifically excludes authorized investigative, protective, or intelligence activities of a law enforcement agency." Someone emailed me this after Tik Tok removed a comment and cited it as "illegal". It appears this was added to law in 2004 following changes to intelligence agency protocol after 9-11. I found a couple videos up on YouTube from last year when corporate media outlets were allowed to say all kinds of things: doubt masks are always effective, Covid 19 and flu comparisons, and how science needs time to flush out details. I am going to be using these clips in a separate video about the hypocrisy. The last clip shows a doctor saying it takes decades to really understand a new virus. Do you think they're old and YouTube just isn't paying attention - or getting a pass because they're from corporate media channels?

And the headline says he’s “too big to cancel.” Is this written with tears? Why is “cancelling” their focus, anyway? Confession by projection as Viva Frei says.

Pathologist Dr. Roger Hodkinson has been a controversial figure, as are many in the Covid dissent world. He will be joining me live on Thursday to discuss kids, the Covid vaccines and this piece by the AP (which he says got his statements wrong). An interview with him was recently removed from Bitchute so if you want to watch this live, I’d suggest doubling up on Rokfin or Odysee because we may not last long on YouTube.

Dr. John Catanzaro was a naturopathic physician in Bothell, WA when the state suspended him on claims he was misleading cancer patients. He owned the Health and Wellness Institute of Integrative Medicine and Cancer Treatment where he was using what he called a "cancer vaccine" to help patients. The DOH alleged that Dr. Catanzaro neglected to tell some of his patients the treatment was experimental. I was a TV reporter in Seattle at the time, assigned to this story at night after his office had closed. We aired the DOH claims without a statement from Dr. Catanzaro and thereby smeared his practice. Later, I interviewed several of his patients who credited him with their lives, and were horrified the state required the destruction of their treatment. But in many ways it was too late, the damage was done.

Google recently promoted a video under its search tool called "President Biden's YouTube Town Hall on COVID-19 Vaccination," in which popular YouTube influencers ask President Biden and Dr. Fauci questions about the Covid vaccines.
I’ve got a fancy hotel set up for this one thanks to my producer and technical director! Independent journalist Fort Fischer is joining me along with Brian Green, a former Pierce County Sheriff’s candidate who filed suit for public records and was denied after the Washington state Supreme Court ruled that Youtubers are not legally news media.
I am going to make this into a video short for YouTube. I want your feedback!
1- We admitted that we were corporate Newsaholics and that our bias had become unmanageable.
2- Came to believe that a power greater than bias - called critical thinking - could restore us to sanity.
3- Made a decision to turn over our intentional blatant propaganda and less obvious lazy echo chambers to the care of critical thinking.
4- Made a searching and fearless inventory of the fake news we've produced.
5- Admitted to Twitter, to ourselves, and to Joe Rogan the exact nature of our disinformation, a word we commonly save for those questioning establishment narratives but rarely use for ourselves.
6- Were entirely ready to release our defects of news judgment which include but aren't limited to the following: group think, hubris, moral crusading, identitarianism, lack of time and resources, fear of independent journalism, post-Trump derangement syndrome, character defamation of outsiders, unquestioning trust of bureaucratic sources, regurgitating wires, and basic unresearched stupidity.
7- Humbly returned to a teleprompter, website or social media platform to see where we've removed our shortcomings without alerting anyone so as to paint an illusion that we are trustworthy when in fact we regularly make mistakes.
8- Made a list of persons, issues, and freedoms we've harmed - and became willing to make amends to them all.
9- Made direct amends to such people, issues and freedoms - especially those we've mislabeled conspiracy theorist, misinformation, or extremist in an effort to use our corporate power to silence others.
10- Continued to take personal inventory, and when we were wrong, promptly admitted that we repeat the false presumptions of our peers because it's safer than getting kicked off YouTube for telling the truth.
11- Sought through critical thinking to improve our capacity for truth wherever it may lead, seeking knowledge and the fearlessness to report it, even if that means questioning our archetypal public health patriarch, Dr Fauci.
12- Having had an awakening as the result of critical thinking encouraged by historic public distrust in our industry, we tried to carry this message to other corporate TV Newsaholics, and to practice these principles even if the New York Times writes a smear piece.

She cited many issues with modern day broadcast newsrooms, including the increasingly young staffers with homogenous viewpoints as well as the manipulation of facts. I just got this from someone at CNN. It's a letter sent from Zucker and my livestream topic for tomorrow. Here are a few quotes. The letter is attached for you to read. Obviously this should tell us a lot about how they manage their coverage of this issue as well.

This vaccination requirement is on the honor system – I trust each of you to be honest, and in the same way, I ask each of you to trust your fellow colleagues."

Several months ago I did a video about Phil DeFranco, whose channel has over 6 million subscribers, calling for YouTube to crack down on what he called election disinformation. Now, DeFranco is complaining his channel is being suppressed because "YouTube is protecting abusers."
