I cut refined, processed sugars a couple years ago but I have a MAJOR sweet tooth (which I’ll blame on my dad’s genetics). As many of you know, I have been making homemade chocolate ever since (also thanks to my dad who taught me how), and it has satisfied all cravings. Big thank you to Medea Galligan with New Earth Natural Medicine for suggesting we switch from cocoa powder to cacao powder to really make it superfood chocolate!
