They say to “lift heavy” in your 40s. Nothing like 100 lbs hay bales and 50 lbs feed bags for a “functional fitness” workout.

I keep my bones strong at 45-years young with strength training and the fermented cod liver/concentrated butter oil from @greenpastureproducts. I used to battle chronic cavities and now get cavity-free check ups. It’s fermented instead of high heat processed like our ancestors made it. I am finding myself at government meetings for the first time as a citizen and not a TV reporter. Such suspense!

There is a real uprising of Floridians versus developers right now. Citrus County commissioners were dropping like flies at Tuesday night’s meeting. They were set to vote on the highly contentious Betz farm land deal - whether to sell to a housing developer the 300+ acres donated to the county or preserve it as conservation land or a park.

People expected the meeting to go into the wee hours of the night. Instead, the agenda item was never heard because 3 of the 5 commissioners couldn’t or wouldn’t vote. So the meeting ended abruptly.

We met Nathan outside Tractor Supply after a hard day’s work. Lily told him, “You stink!” 🤣And she was right. Nathan does pregnancy checks on cows by sticking his arm up their rectum. He was covered in manure and he told us he will just wash his clothes and start over again tomorrow.

Speaking of pregnancy, I had my kids late, at 38 and 41-years old. I took the fermented cod liver oil/concentrated butter oil from Green Pasture daily for a packed food-based source of vitamins A, D & K. I used to get chronic cavities and my problem vanished when I started taking this product. You get 10% off with promo code “ALISON” at check out. https://greenpasture.org/

The Billionaire Tech Cult That Just Collapsed - YouTube

1) It is far from collapsed.

2) What they don't seem to have time to cover in the discussion. But that Taylor is obviously aware of given the thumbnail. Is that they are very much claiming to be Tech Zionists who are Christians. It is a false doctrine. But it has fully aligned and funds MAGA. They installed Donald John Trump and had him put James David Vance (born James Donald Bowman) on the ticket. Their long time pupil, a former drag queen.

This is deep, and the MAGA crowd claiming to be Christian don't even realize who really owns both the modern Conservative and right leaning Libertarian movements. I am not promoting any side. But as a Bible affirming Christian, I am called to spread the warning. To those with ears to hear.
