Lt. Col. Jerry Lohr of the St. Louis County PD was nicknamed “Officer Friendly” in the weeks of protests and riots after the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO. Lt. Col. Lohr invited officers to join him and not wear riot gear the night after 2 officers were shot, as protests erupted once again. He is my guest tomorrow.
