QUESTIONS? “Officer Friendly” Lt. Col. Jerry Lohr & distrust of law enforcement

Lt. Col. Jerry Lohr of the St. Louis County PD was nicknamed “Officer Friendly” in the weeks of protests and riots after the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO. Lt. Col. Lohr invited officers to join him and not wear riot gear the night after 2 officers were shot, as protests erupted once again. He is my guest tomorrow. We will be discussing mounting distrust of law enforcement on all sides of the political spectrum. Any questions for him?

QUESTIONS? Reporter fired over fictitious comedy blog

Kat Brooks is coming on the show to tell her story tomorrow. She is a seasoned reporter, copy editor, photographer and filmmaker who most recently worked for the local paper in Chewelah, WA. While covering what she would describe as corruption among city leaders, she began publishing a fictitious blog that detailed the issues from behind the scenes, but with made up characters like “Mayor McKnuttsak”. She was fired for this when the local politicians figured it out - and complained to her boss. ANY QUESTIONS?
