We have traveled a few hours south to the Wallowa Mountains in Northeast Oregon for my birthday. The wildfire smoke is obstructing views as per usual for mountain adventures I choose to celebrate this time of year. 🤦🏼♀️ Anyway, if baby producer stays in a few more days, that will be cause to celebrate! (Don’t worry, there is a hospital nearby in case of emergencies, though Lynn has delivered babies before…😳)

I discovered that our mini Nubian goat, Sundae, had a tick on her teat while milking her yesterday. Thankfully Lynn had to pull a few off himself in combat with unique tricks and we successfully recovered the tick, head intact.
