Lily got a beehive for Christmas from her grandparents and we spent the day after assembling it. We are fortunate to have had offers from several local bee experts to help begin our colony and teach us proper beekeeping. One potential challenge is that a couple years ago I was stung by a yellow jacket on the thumb and my hand blew up like a baseball bat. Two months later I was stung by another yellow jacket in the exact same spot. This time I got welts all over my body. I’ve been stung a bunch throughout my life with no issues but now I have to carry an epi pen with me everywhere. I guess we will see what happens with the new hive-venture. Honey here we come!
Sassy takes smaller bites now that she is 33 but she still has all her teeth! Sundae (our milk goat) only has teeth on the bottom jaw (normal for goats) so she typically loses the apple eating contest.
Speaking of teeth, I used to get cavities all the time. I was likely vitamin D deficient. But I may have been vitamin K deficient as well. Did you know that you need vitamin K2 to absorb vitamin D3 into your bones? I started taking the fermented cod liver/concentrated butter oil from @greenpastureproducts and my problem swiftly ended. That was 15 years ago but I still take it today. You get 10% off with promo code “ALISON” at check out. https://greenpasture.org/
Carla the miracle chicken was crafting up a storm this morning while also responsibly using the paper towel port-a-potty. We were using a diaper but her tail feathers got in the way.
We keep our brains curious and creative for craft time by ensuring we get enough Omega 3s as well as vitamins A, D & K. The fermented cod liver/concentrated butter oil from @greenpastureproducts is a great food based source of the above, and ended my chronic cavity battle. They say to “lift heavy” in your 40s. Nothing like 100 lbs hay bales and 50 lbs feed bags for a “functional fitness” workout.
I keep my bones strong at 45-years young with strength training and the fermented cod liver/concentrated butter oil from @greenpastureproducts. I used to battle chronic cavities and now get cavity-free check ups. It’s fermented instead of high heat processed like our ancestors made it. The Billionaire Tech Cult That Just Collapsed - YouTube
1) It is far from collapsed.
2) What they don't seem to have time to cover in the discussion. But that Taylor is obviously aware of given the thumbnail. Is that they are very much claiming to be Tech Zionists who are Christians. It is a false doctrine. But it has fully aligned and funds MAGA. They installed Donald John Trump and had him put James David Vance (born James Donald Bowman) on the ticket. Their long time pupil, a former drag queen.
This is deep, and the MAGA crowd claiming to be Christian don't even realize who really owns both the modern Conservative and right leaning Libertarian movements. I am not promoting any side. But as a Bible affirming Christian, I am called to spread the warning. To those with ears to hear.
