We bought 3 types of butter recently because I want you to see the difference in color based on the cow’s diet. This is important because there are some loud voices in conventional agriculture that say “calories are calories”, doesn’t matter whether the cow eats donuts or grass. The focus is on volume and production, not on nutritional benefits for the cow and thereby the human.
It’s obvious looking at these three types of butter that more fresh grass equals a darker colored butter. So what does that mean? The darker yellow means more beta carotene. Beta carotene is a precursor to vitamin A, and supports vision along with immune function. I have also read that it protects skin from oxidative stress. Additionally, more fresh grass translates into more vitamin K2 in the butter. K2 is very important for our body’s ability to absorb calcium into bones and teeth, so it does not deposit in soft tissue or arteries.

Beware of any new proposals for a "research facility" in your area.
One data center in my state expects revenue from land taxes. To that town to go up from about $31K/year. Up to about $1 million/year once the project started. It is already partly built and running, so they already make that and more. To what is estimated to be $150-$200 million/year. It's huge, so it won't finish till about "2030". But is already running in part, being built out in stages.
This is why politicians don't care what we think in many places. And even if they are voted out, they have fall back plans. They are invovled in "meetings" and discussions. Where they know they will be taken care of.
But beleive what you want, it will all play out. Let your so-called representatives know what you want. But don't be surprised if even your vote them out or protest fails.
