Major brain fart yesterday forgetting about the Nexstar plan to buy & merge with the TV company for which I worked at the end of my career, TEGNA. They need the FCC in their pocket to close the deal. It makes a lot more sense now why they reacted so strongly to Kimmel’s monologue. Just a reminder these “journalism” outlets are not primarily worried about Trump as a fascist if they can get something from him- that stands for any other “value” for which they claim to fight and any other political path they need to take to get there.

@CriticalThought - When giving health advice to people, we may not know why they do the things they do and it may cause issues.
My naturopath had me stop eating before bed also, for that same reason as you suggested. I started getting sick every morning and getting headaches from too empty of a stomach. She had me eat a small amount of protein right as I head to bed and the problem has been solved.
Milk would work for this also. Probably why a lot of old timers drank it before bed.
