QUESTIONS? Judge dismissed my case against Washington state

Judge Tiffany Cartwright has decided in favor of Washington state in my 1st Amendment case. The state's attorneys argued that the Silent Majority Foundation filed my case a couple days too late, and the judge agreed - meaning that she decided I am barred from continuing due to the statute of limitations. This news is just as shocking to me as it may be for some of you - I was speechless when I found out and even now I don't really know what to say. Attorney Pete Serrano is joining me Monday to answer your questions. If you want to read the documents, you can do so at the link below. I inquired about appealing, but Pete and the legal team advised me that I had no real chance - and Washington was asking I pay their attorneys fees, which could have totaled $50,000 or more. They were willing to drop that request if I dropped the case.

I am truly grateful for everyone who has supported me since the beginning here on Locals, through wine or cod liver oil, via the GiveSendGo or through the mail - from the day I lost my job and health insurance to now, all for refusing to censor some of this country's best doctors and scientists. You have bought our groceries, paid for our electricity, helped with babysitting and kept my journalism alive. You have proven that someone can choose what is righteous at great cost - and God will provide. I cannot thank you enough. Though I am bewildered by the outcome to say the least - I am trusting all things work for the good of those who serve God and are called to His purpose. I remain hopeful that this community of truth seekers has many more adventures ahead. God bless all of you.

Is it time to get rabbits?

The 4H rabbit tattoo clinic is the cutest tattoo parlor I’ve ever seen! I have no tattoos but we came so close to getting a rabbit with one because it’s ridiculously adorable to watch the bunnies all snugged up in their swaddle. They get tattooed to record ownership, health and bloodlines. Most of these rabbits will go to the county fair to show with their kiddos so it’s important to know who’s who - especially when they’re so apt to jump off!

What we found in Lily’s bed head

Lily wins the prize for best bed head today. In truth, she didn’t wake up like this, she was outside playing and caught a lizard. Somehow it ended up in her hair. We call this a Florida mullet.

Fine dining for our chickens

Our neighbor made the kids a bird feeder. It’s manatee-art since we live in the “world capitol of the manatee”. Instead of hanging it for wild birds, we decided to use it for our favorite birds. A tad unconventional but great entertainment. Don’t overlook the glass of water Lily put out for the hens so they wouldn’t have to leave the table to go drink out of a bucket, which is clearly uncivilized.
