Another book I highly recommend.
From my research of the topic. And my own experience. Plus, learning how Africans always drank cow's milk. And even now, their cows are A2. I am confident in my position. That raw A2 milk is the only milk any human should drink.
All cows used to be A2. European cows were generically altered long ago Probably via pharmakia. And, it has been poisoned ever since It takes about 10 years of specialized breeding, 2 cow generations. To get a cow bloodline back to A2. All normal American milk is both pasteurized and not A2. A double whammy of poison in a bottle.
Raw goat milk is almost all A2 by default. So, that's good too.
Anyway, here's the book. It explains what I was able to put together via other research. I am just glad to find it was all compiled in a single book.
I recommend buying the physical book, to support the author. But, this is a link to a PDF copy. Please support the author though.
