This is an absolute no win for humans. Because:
1) Bayer is seeking federal court protection from lawsuits.
2) Bayer already has laws setup in several states. For example, Georgia already passed a bill to protect them from lawsuits.. That bill awaits governor Brian Kemp's signature.
3) Even of Bayer's brand went under. Farmers who WANT the cheap weed killer, are going to buy it elsewhere.
So, we have to do all we can, to avoid anything sprayed with any brand/form/type of glyphosate. Business as usual...
