The new USDA Leadership needs to intervene here and fire the Forest Service Personnel who are trying to bankrupt this family farm, and get this case dismissed !
Questions:
1. Who is this mysterious hunter who intimately knew this farmland that filed this complaint and didn't get hurt?
2. Don't the accused have the right to face their accuser in court? Why hasn't this been allowed?
3. Who are these forest service personnel really working for? Who are these forest service personnel invested with for this type of prosecution to take place? This attempt at this land grab obviously has no interest to the forest service or BLM or USDA. So there has to be an entity of some kind working with these forest service personnel? What other reasoning is there? Especially when we look at these actions by these two forest personnel over the years.
