Delay, as in flipping on a dime, it is all a show, and he is an actor.
We woke up to a baby chick this morning. It’s the first time we have ever used an incubator and hatched a check, I was not sure it would work. My family is watching the movie Twisters right now and I find it interesting (SPOILER WARNING BTW) that part of the solution of the movie is to put silver iodide in the solution that they let up into the tornado. They even talk about cloud seeding in the movie.
The movie definitely makes an emotional plea for using chemicals to affect the weather.
