The CDC sent out a press release that eggs are being recalled from an Amish farm in Wisconsin that specializes in organic, pastured chicken eggs and grass fed beef, among other food items. The CNN article is literally a re-write of the CDC. I have left a message with Milo's Poultry Farms.

We celebrated Lynn’s 43rd birthday this weekend. He’s the wizard behind the curtain who holds the whole show together despite rural life, two kids, many more animals and a technically illiterate wife. Happy Birthday @LynnWestover !
Make omelets! And that’s the great thing about having chickens. They don’t stop laying when the power goes out! All animals and humans are alive and accounted for despite very high winds and rain. Doors shaking, tree limbs crashing down. No power but we are grateful. Not sure how my parents’ house is doing but Dr Chip is chef on camp stove for now.
Pop Pop (Dr Chip) decided to evacuate further north to our house, so it’s puzzle time! Maybe we will have some live reports on the farm. Buckling down for the next 24 hours. So far, we are OK and not in an evacuation zone. But we won’t turn down your prayers for Florida. 🙏
