Dexter Taylor was recently found guilty of violating New York's "ghost gun" laws and sentenced to 10 years in prison for making guns at home. He has no criminal record and claimed his actions were protected by the 2nd Amendment. Vinoo Varghese is a criminal defense attorney representing Taylor. The conviction will be appealed.
