This story has taken a life of its own so Health Freedom Defense Fund President Leslie Manookian is coming on to set the record straight. Regarding HFDF’s lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District, health freedom outlets reported that the 9th Circuit decided in their favor that the COVID vaccine is a medical treatment - not a traditional vaccine. This is not true. While the 9th Circuit has allowed HFDF’s lawsuit to proceed, it did not directly endorse the organization’s arguments about the nature of the jab. Still, Manookian says this is a huge victory. ANY QUESTIONS?
