Washington state is creating a bias incident hotline where people can report incidents of hostility and then be guided towards relevant local services. This is for events that don't rise to the level of hate crimes. SB 5427 introduces the concept of “bias incidents,” described as “hostile expressions of animus”. My naturopath had me stop eating before bed also, for that same reason as you suggested. I started getting sick every morning and getting headaches from too empty of a stomach. She had me eat a small amount of protein right as I head to bed and the problem has been solved.
Milk would work for this also. Probably why a lot of old timers drank it before bed.
But when it was the Christian baker. MAGAville cried for "freedom" and "liberty". I don't support setting up Christians for a fall. But, as the saying goes. Ya can't have it both ways....
