He says PV held damning evidence against the Covid shots and he has produced a documentary criticizing both PV and James O’Keefe. My naturopath had me stop eating before bed also, for that same reason as you suggested. I started getting sick every morning and getting headaches from too empty of a stomach. She had me eat a small amount of protein right as I head to bed and the problem has been solved.
Milk would work for this also. Probably why a lot of old timers drank it before bed.
But when it was the Christian baker. MAGAville cried for "freedom" and "liberty". I don't support setting up Christians for a fall. But, as the saying goes. Ya can't have it both ways....
