We came back from the beach today to find TWO MORE baby goats! Our last and final doe, Peter’s firstborn, gave birth (daddy is Tod, our other buck). We have 7 babies total now. Taking orders! 🤣🙈
Maine's controversial "chicken bill" was proposed as a way to "protect" the right to have backyard chickens, but it had several specific rules like how many chickens you can have (36) and how much space they need in your coop (4 square ft per chicken). It has allegedly been amended after uproar from locals but I have yet to see the new language.
