FIRST interview from Wise Traditions! Dr Natasha Campbell McBride created the GAPS concept - gut and psychology syndrome. I got about 5 minutes with her and decided to focus on her statement that we should eat with our hands and stop using a fork and spoon. It affects our relationship with food, our nutrition and even our children's development. For this one, I added my "take" on her presentation after my interview with her. We buy a roll of hay every other week not so much because the cows eat it all but because King Peter likes a nice fluffy bed that doubles as a look-out station. Of course he and Tod end up urinating and defecating on the hay which makes it less than ideal for the cows. We are working on putting up yet more fencing so the boys donāt have access to the cow hay but for now Pete is living large.
