FIRST interview from Wise Traditions! Dr Natasha Campbell McBride created the GAPS concept - gut and psychology syndrome. I got about 5 minutes with her and decided to focus on her statement that we should eat with our hands and stop using a fork and spoon. It affects our relationship with food, our nutrition and even our children's development. For this one, I added my "take" on her presentation after my interview with her. Let me know what you think of the format! (SORRY this is late - something happened with my first upload earlier today and I had to re-do.)

Lily wins the prize for best bed head today. In truth, she didnāt wake up like this, she was outside playing and caught a lizard. Somehow it ended up in her hair. We call this a Florida mullet.
Our neighbor made the kids a bird feeder. Itās manatee-art since we live in the āworld capitol of the manateeā. Instead of hanging it for wild birds, we decided to use it for our favorite birds. A tad unconventional but great entertainment. Donāt overlook the glass of water Lily put out for the hens so they wouldnāt have to leave the table to go drink out of a bucket, which is clearly uncivilized.
Those of us who live in the country mostly prefer to avoid people, especially naked strangers. Thatās for city folk. So you can imagine my surprise today upon seeing a man who resembled the form of a shaven Santa, completely nude in the gym sauna. He was changing out of his bathing suit and seemed rather shocked to see another person. He told me, āI didnāt think anyone else would be here!ā I said, āWell itās a gym.ā Yes it is a country gym but this isnāt a red heat lamp in someoneās cow pasture. Long story short: keep your Christmas packages wrapped up this holiday season.
