He was previously on talking about his piece detailing the canceling of Harvard’s “most popular black professor” Roland Fryer (which I highly recommend if you haven’t seen it). ANY QUESTIONS?

Horse costume contest: who wins?!

Our daughter’s 4H group had a horse costume contest. I love the guy with the bandages and horse sign that reads, “Pony 4 Sale: Great with Kids.” What’s your pick?

Freak egg! What caused this?

One of the eggs in the nesting box a few days ago looked exactly like it was wearing a little hat. After a couple days sitting in a carton, the “hat seam” dissolved, and you could open the top of the egg. Very odd! Anybody have an idea why this happened?

It’s 83 degrees and Floridians won’t swim

I took the kids to Adventure Island yesterday for the last weekend before it closes for the season. They close because no one comes swimming because it’s “too cold”. Yesterday, the high was 85 degrees and the park was almost completely empty. I can’t judge. I love the sunshine too. But I do love a good cold plunge.
