BIG CON made a move ! #5GW
🤡 THE DAILY WIRE STRIKES BACK RE. THE SLAVE CONTRACTS !
I feel that the Daily Wire are going to regret this patronising justification of their unacceptable contracts.
We need a FREE PRESS and employers who respect artists. We as creators have the power , its not up to rich men in offices to DICTATE their terms to us.
We have a chance to change this.
As an Independent artist I would also urge all young creators never to sell out, despite how hard it is. Keep true to who you are.
My take -
WE THE PEOPLE have the talent that that BIG CON need to survive.
The contract needs to be on the ARTISTS TERMS - not the other way round. That's the old system- it's 2023 it's time to create something new and exciting, and that treats everyone equally not just the selected few .
Thankyou to Steven Crowder for speaking out about this, and trying to make the change that we as creators need.
BIG CON is over - WE ARE THE NEWS NOW
Thanks Alison Morrow for spending time ...
I used to be one of those people who thought goats will eat anything. But actually, it’s chickens who are the true garbage disposals. Now, when we cook something, I am regularly researching if chickens can eat the waste that we would normally throw away. In this case, we were peeling shrimp, and the light bulb went off. Maybe they would eat the shells? Turns out, not only will they eat the shells, but the shrimp shells are quite good for chickens! In fact, they are full of calcium to help the chickens lay eggs with hard shells.
Carla the chicken joined us for spaghetti dinner and I was shocked by how much she liked it. I looked it up and apparently spaghetti is a chicken favorite. Carla is technically not allowed at the dinner table so don’t tell Lynn. 🤫
Trump’s executive order protecting glyphosate (which RFK Jr supports) is such a perfect example of how the American political system works, and one of the main reasons I became a farmer. Bayer (which acquired Monsanto in 2018) is getting sued into oblivion over claims glyphosate causes cancer, to the extent they’re paying out billions in losses and facing the real possibility of going bankrupt. Then all of a sudden, states like Georgia pass laws protecting glyphosate manufacturers from liability and the President passes a similar executive order in the name of national defense. Is this timing a coincidence? The big corporations in this country have direct influence on politicians in a way the average American can never compete - that is, unless we leave their system. We must go direct with farmers who use the kind of methods we want for our dinner. Even if we ban glyphosate, there are plenty of worse (yes, hard to believe!) chemicals waiting to take its place. There is no way out ...
