QUESTIONS: Trans man wins women’s beauty pageant

Ryan Woods (“Lady MAGA”) is coming on to discuss this story. He was fired by Delta after posting on social media that he attended the DC rally on Jan 6, 2021 in his drag attire - though he never entered the Capitol. Since then he has been an outspoken critic of transgender policy in schools and elsewhere targeted at kids. We also plan to discuss a Southwest employee's lawsuit against the company after being fired for anti-abortion Facebook posts and messages she sent to her union leader. Questions?

Remember that one day of winter in Florida?

Remember how I survived that one day of farming in frigid Florida winter?

I don’t either.

The cold front, or “winter” as it’s called everywhere else, is over for now in Florida. After temperatures dropping in the 20s, we are back to high 70s & the beach. I still remember numb fingers while milking goats, wearing 4 layers to feed chickens, and seeing my breath. My sun-hat is off to those farming up north, just beginning to hunker down in the cold. One of the reasons we moved back to Florida from Washington state is that we like living in the country and raising animals, but I grew up in Florida so my tolerance for cold is low. Dealing with frozen water troughs, bursting pipes, numb toes - it’s just not my forté. My insulated overalls are back in the closet, waiting for a few more opportunities to work before spring break.

Jail break cows always return for meals

Spotted “Daddy” and “Mommy” cow over at the neighbor’s again today. Hot wire is in the near future but until then, we’re grateful for patient neighbors and cows who will at least return when called for dinner.

My jam business ends - before it begins

Lily and I had dreamed up a jam business recently after making some with our friend’s roselle - the “Florida cranberry”. Unfortunately after our first batch, his whole row of bushes died in this week’s frost. So, I will have to go back to selling fermented cod liver / butter oil! 🤣(Link below)

Here is another example of the news media trying to push a narrative based off of limited information and knowledge. This is a farm in Northern IL that sells raw milk and other items from their farm and surrounding farms. Maybe someone good for you to interview, @AlisonMorrow https://allgrassfarms.com/blogs/farm-news/no-turkey-shortage-sample-wild-caught-salmon-sunday-beef-restock
