The below TIKTOK video has gotten millions of views. It shows attorney Paul Davis serving a Texas school board with a 1st Amendment lawsuit due to the way the meetings are run. Chad Green, his client, is a member of the board who has been in a battle over what books should be considered inappropriate and removed from the library. Green wants the books removed.
