The Producer turns 2 years old today!

Two years ago, The Producer joined our production team. She has been trying to steal my coffee ever since she could hold a glass, so today I took her for a big girl decaf iced espresso (and pink cookie because she stuck her finger in the icing while we were waiting to pay). Being her mom is an incredible adventure every day and I could not be more grateful.

“What kind of farm do you have?”

“What kind of farm do you have?” Im still working on that answer. My daily life is a balance between laughter and even more head scratching. It was so odd to see our male goat doing this to our cow’s face but even weirder to see her standing there taking it.

I like to keep my brain sharp, and reaction time fast, on this farm with the omega 3s in the fermented cod liver/concentrated butter oil from @greenpastureproducts which has been in my daily routine for 15 years and ended my chronic battle with cavities. Daddy vs Kids farm bicycle duel

The kids mastered riding their bikes without training wheels over the weekend, so of course they had to challenge daddy to a bicycle duel. “Daddy, what tricks can YOU do?!” This is what ensued.

I like to keep my bones healthy and strong in case I fall off my bike doing tricks as someone in their mid 40s. That’s why I take the fermented cod liver/concentrated butter oil from Green Pasture - it’s packed with food-based vitamins and minerals as well as omega 3s, made the way our ancestors did it. Just finished knocking on doors re: cell tower

The kids and I just finished a weekend of door knocking to get the word out about the proposed cell tower in our neighborhood. I know I have a background in talking to strangers professionally but I have to tell you, it’s exhausting. On the plus side, I’m getting to know a lot of my neighbors which has been very cool.

Don’t forget you can help by sending an email to our county telling them you oppose the tower. Just reference Blue Sky Towers Application # CU-2026-00003. Email [email protected] by 9/10.

What would you tell your neighbors if you were door knocking like me? I’d love some ideas!
