The Washington state DOH held a webinar today on preventing vaccine administration errors. I am waiting for the recording to be posted but here's the slide deck people saw. Some of it made me laugh out loud and not because it's funny. One example: "During a worksite occupational flu vaccination clinic, 67 persons were vaccinated:
• With improperly stored vaccine
• Using the same syringe
• Using an incorrect dosage"

We watched a snake eat a rat, and it was the most fascinating thing I have seen in a long time. Lynn says it is a rat snake. If you have any other ideas, leave them in the comments. Anyway, do we need a barn cat if we have a barn snake?
