I enjoyed my first “sound bath” today, coincidentally after making the huge mistake of reading comments on my latest YouTube upload. The idea is healing through sound waves. One hour of crystal bowls and gongs. It was great! I highly recommend it if you ever have a chance.
Spotted “Daddy” and “Mommy” cow over at the neighbor’s again today. Hot wire is in the near future but until then, we’re grateful for patient neighbors and cows who will at least return when called for dinner.
Lily and I had dreamed up a jam business recently after making some with our friend’s roselle - the “Florida cranberry”. Unfortunately after our first batch, his whole row of bushes died in this week’s frost. So, I will have to go back to selling fermented cod liver / butter oil! 🤣(Link below)
